We'll schedule viewings that suit your schedule, even accommodating evenings and weekends. Plus, a knowledgeable staff member will accompany you, offering advice and addressing any queries along the way.
We'll need satisfactory references from your employer and a current or past landlord. Occasionally, a personal reference might be necessary.
Rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis. Additionally, tenants typically cover Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity, and Telephone expenses. Deposits, often at least one month's rent, comply with Tenancy Deposit Protection regulations. This deposit safeguards against damages and liabilities outlined in your tenancy agreement. Remember, it cannot be used to cover rent under any circumstances.
We apply a nominal fee per applicant, covering administrative and referencing expenses.
